Off for the Holidays

I’m traveling to my hometown in Florida for the holidays. It’s always a bit odd to go from Los Angeles to Tampa Bay for Christmas. At least one place you are during the holidays should have some snow, right? Errrr…that’s okay. I can live without it.

I hope everyone has a happy and sober holiday – one day at a time. Remember to reach out for help if you find yourself struggling. You are not alone, no matter how much your head tells you that you are (that chattering monkey that seems to want everything to look as grim as possible!)
